We guarantee that all merchandise, memorabilia and models are carefully checked prior to shipping to ensure the product is 100%.
All the items ordered will be carefully packed in original packaging.
For items we have in stock in our warehouse, we guarantee 3-5 working days processing time for your order to be at your door. For items that require ordering direct from their manufacturer/supplier, please be advised that processing time for your order can be as long as 10 working days. Major events we are involved in such as Formula 1 in March and Bathurst and MotoGP in October can affect processing times by up to 10 working days. All delivery charges are charged at a flat rate for domestic or international deliveries. The shipping method and cost summary are shown during the check-out procedure. For all domestic deliveries to physical addresses, we use Startrack Express, which is a $15.00 flat rate express service. If posting to your PO Box is the only option, this is possible however an additional $10 flat rate charge applies. All deliveries are assigned their own tracking number which we advise you of via email once processed and shipped. For bulk orders, there may be extra delivery charges calculated based on the total weight (volumetric or actual – whichever is greater) of the items ordered.
Please Note: Any order that includes pre order or back order items will be held from shipping until all items are in stock to avoid any extra postage fees being incurred. We will always contact you through your order to advise of this and should you wish to receive the items in stock, we can advise of a postage cost to do so.
All international shipments are sent via UPS or StarTrack, both of which are flat rate $35.00 express service. Please be aware that all international shipments are subject to duties and taxes imposed by the location we are sending to. Please note that it is the customer responsibility for all duties and tax charges incurred for international shipments, we are not responsible for these charges. All deliveries are assigned their own tracking number which we will advise you of via email once processed and shipped. We also track your packages to ensure they are delivered.

Returns & Exchanges
We do accept returns on genuine faulty items. We require notification via phone or email within 3 days of receipt of your order (and yes, we can track all of our deliveries). Please make contact so we can advise on you how the matter can be rectified. Returns forms are provided in the package you have received and once a remedy has been discussed, items should be completed, faulty items carefully repackaged and posted to Motorsport Distributors Group at the following location: Motorsport Distributors Group PO Box 5113 Heidelberg West VIC 3081
We accept exchanges also, when notified within 14 days of receipt of goods (and yes we track all of our deliveries). Exchanges will only be accepted on goods that still have all original tags are attached and in original packaging. Please make contact with us via phone or email to discuss the exchange you wish to carry out. Where required, fill out the returns/exchanges form provided, items should be carefully repacked and posted to Motorsport Distributors Group at the following location: Motorsport Distributors Group PO Box 5113 Heidelberg West VIC 3081. Please note: postage on exchanged goods is at customer expense.
